OFFICE PICKUP:
The TPA Van Rental office is located at 304 E Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 and is open 7 days a week from 9am-7pm. For after hours pickup please call the office at (813) 998-7708 for arrangements.
AIRPORT PICKUP:
Your vehicle will be professionally cleaned, delivered with a full tank of gas and waiting for you at A-1 Express Airport Parking. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you the short distance between the airport terminal and the A-1 Express parking garage.
To get to the shuttle bus, follow signs to the rental car area of the airport. From there, take the main elevators down to the “public bus stop” area. This is where all of the shuttles are located. Look for the “A-1 Express airport parking shuttle.” They arrive every few minutes.
The shuttle will take you on a short ride to A-1 Express parking. Enter the office and present your ticket number (provided to you the day of your arrival). You’ll receive the keys to your van and its exact location in the parking garage.
An additional fee of $45 will be charged for all van pickups at A-1 Express at Tampa International Airport.

Airport pick-up is at A-1 Express Airport Parking just one mile from TPA. Hop on the free shuttle from the airport to A-1 Express which operates 24/7. Stop in the office to pick up your keys.
You may go out of state. There is a one time out of state fee of $239
Included are the first 250 miles/day. After that it will be an additional $1.35/mile. To prevent mileage charges make sure to pre-pay for our unlimited mileage option.
Request to have some seats removed for extra storage space for a one time fee of $25.
