All of our vans are newer model 15-passenger vehicles.

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received within 24 hours of booking.
Yes, there is a $500 deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit is fully refundable upon return of an undamaged vehicle. $500 security hold for local trips. $1000 security for rentals over a 75 mile radius.
You must have your own full coverage insurance that will transfer to our vehicle. Proof of this insurance is required. If you do not have insurance you must purchase our insurance which costs $25/day.
You may go out of state. There is a one time out of state fee of $239.
You must be over the age of 25 years old to rent our van. Drivers between the ages of 21-24 may rent a van for an additional charge of $75/day.
Adding an additional driver(s) is a $25 flat fee. Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license.
Request to have some seats removed for extra storage space for a one time fee of $25.

OR you may request a pick up at Tampa International Airport for an additional charge of $45.
Airport pick-up is at A-1 Express Airport Parking just one mile from TPA. Hop on the free shuttle from the airport to A-1 which operates 24/7. Stop in the office to pick up your keys.
9am-7pm every day.
If you need to pick up your van after office hours, please call us at (813) 998-7708 to make arrangements.
Included are the first 100 miles/day. After that it will be an additional $1.35/mile. To prevent mileage charges make sure to pre-pay for our unlimited mileage option.
All of our vehicles are equipped with a SunPass transponder for your convenience. Any tolls incurred while the van is in your possession will be billed to your account.
You will drop off the van at the same location where it was picked up. Either the TPA Van Rental office: 304 E Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 or the office at A-1 Express Airport Parking open 24/7.
A-1 Express is conveniently located just one mile from Tampa International Airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the terminal.
Answer: We can arrange drop off at a different location than your pickup. This may incur additional fees. Contact us for a quote at (813) 998-7708.
You may travel in the van with your pet, however, the vehicle must be returned free of pet hair. There is a $299 charge for a vehicle returned containing pet hair.
We will provide you with a full tank of fuel. It will need to be returned full. There is a $135 charge if the van is returned without a full tank of gas.
The vans are not wheelchair accessible.
Child car seats and boosters are available for $25 each.
There is an automatic cleaning fee of $45 added on to your reservation.
Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned between each rental. This includes washing, vacuuming, and disinfecting of all high-touch points
Call emergency services first. Then call our office (813) 998-7708 and we’ll arrange a replacement vehicle.
