Driver’s License:

All drivers are required to provide a valid government issued driver’s license.

Age Requirement:

TPA Van Rental requires that all drivers are at least 21 years of age. Drivers between the ages of 21-24 will be charged an underage fee of $75/day. 

Insurance Requirement:

You must have your own full coverage insurance that will transfer to our vehicle. Proof of this insurance is required. If you do not have insurance you must purchase our insurance which costs $25/day.

Office Hours/Pickup:

The TPA Van Rental office is located at 304 E Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 and is open 7 days a week from 9am-7pm. For after hours pickup please call the office (813) 998-7708 for arrangements.

Airport Pickup:

Your vehicle will be professionally cleaned, delivered with a full tank of gas and waiting for you at A-1 Express Airport Parking. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you the short distance between the airport terminal and the A-1 Express parking garage.

To get to the shuttle bus, follow signs to the rental car area of the airport. From there, take the main elevators down to the “public bus stop” area. This is where all of the shuttles are located. Look for the “A-1 Express airport parking shuttle.” They arrive every few minutes.

The shuttle will take you on a short ride to A-1 Express parking. Enter the office and present your ticket number (provided to you the day of your arrival). You’ll receive the keys to your van and its exact location in the parking garage.

An additional fee of $45 will be charged for all van pickups at A-1 Express at Tampa International Airport.

Cancellations:

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded. If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded.

Smoking:

There is no smoking of any kind in our vehicles. A $299 fine will be imposed if any trace of smoke (ash, odor, or other) is detected in a returned vehicle. 

Pets:

You may travel in the van with your pet, however, the vehicle must be returned free of pet hair. There is a $299 charge for a vehicle returned containing pet hair.
